Most employment disputes are dealt with by Industrial Tribunals, rather than by the Courts. Industrial hearings are less formal than court proceedings. We are able to represent you on Industrial Tribunal hearings. We may also be able to negotiate a settlement on your behalf without the case needing to go to an Industrial Tribunal.

We can also advise you about Re-engagement or Compensation.
